潮州水粿 Chwee Kueh
Kueh Mixture 米糊 :
225g Rice flour 225克 粘米粉
15g Wheat Starch 15克 澄面粉
15g Tapioca starch 15克 木薯粉
½ teaspoon Salt ½茶匙 盐
350ml Water 350毫升 清水
750ml Hot water 750毫升 热水
2 tablespoon Oil 2汤匙 油
Ingredients 配料 :
100g Sweet preserved radish 100克 甜菜脯
100g Salty preserved radish 100克 咸菜脯
2 tablespoon Garlic, minced 2汤匙 蒜末
1 tablespoon Shallot, minced 1汤匙 小葱头末
1 teaspoon Dark soy sauce 1茶匙 酱油
1 tablespoon Sugar 1汤匙 糖
4 tablespoon Oil 4汤匙 油

I watch and like your mom’s cookings ! I said i’m also Teochew from Malaysia( growing up in Malaysia). Have been living in the US for many years. Continue the delicious cooking, what a nice family team.

I❤the way how both of you interacted with each other. Its also helpful to Mandarin and English speakers. And re enforced the video to be much more clearer and detailed, especially the ingredients. Keep up the good work. Another plus, no music. Love it. I can hear and understand clearly
