300g Rice flour 粘米粉
65g Tapioca flour 65克 木薯粉
50g Sweet potato flour 50克 番薯粉
700ml Boiling hot water 700毫升 滚热水
50ml Oil 50毫升 油
100ml water 100毫升 水
1 teaspoon Salt 1茶匙 盐
½ teaspoon Peach Coloring ½ 茶匙 红桃粉
Ingredients for Glutinous Rice 糯米饭配料 :
500g Glutinous rice (soaked 1 hour) 500克 糯米 (浸泡1小时)
Water 水
100g Dried prawns 100克 虾米
60g Shiitake mushrooms, shred 60克 香菇, 切条
6 small red onion, sliced 6粒 小洋葱, 切片
80g Salted preserved turnips 80克 咸菜脯碎
60g Peanut 60克 花生
Seasonings调味料 :
1 teaspoon Salt 1茶匙 盐
½ teaspoon Pepper ½茶匙 胡椒粉
1 tablespoon Fish sauce 1汤匙 鱼露
1 tablespoon Light soy sauce 1汤匙 酱清
