100g Peanuts 花生米
20g Tamarind Paste 罗望子膏
15g Garlic 蒜瓣
50g Shallots 小红葱
10g Dried Shrimps 虾米
5 tbsp Cooking Oil 食用油
2 tbsp Chili Paste 辣椒糊
