材料:
忌廉芝士 115 克 (室温)
糖 1 湯匙
中筋麵粉 135克
泡打粉 1 茶匙
鹽 1/3茶匙
無鹽牛油 56克(室温)
糖 108克
蛋 1隻
雲喱嗱香油 ½ 茶匙
牛奶 60亳升
藍莓 140克
Makes 6 muffins
Ingredients:
Cream Cheese 115g
Sugar 1 tablespoon
All-purpose Flour 135g
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Salt 1/3 teaspoon
Unsalted Butter 56g (softened)
Sugar 108g
Egg 1
Vanilla Extract ½ teaspoon
Milk 60ml

All guys down here try it with 50g coconut flour and 25g all purpose flour … it’s super super delicious .. you will be shocked by the results 😋😉

今天做過一遍,感想如下: (1)給找不到牛奶份量的人--不在影片裡,在影片說明裡,牛奶60c.c (2)Cream Cheese食譜給的份量太多,我硬是全部分給六個蛋糕,Cream cheese就噴漿了整個從中間炸開,建議就放影片中的份量,其它自己吃掉

使用低筋面粉不易起筋,吃起来像蛋糕一样,中筋面粉做的话,如果操作不当容易起筋,口感没有那么好。里面主要是蛋白质含量不一样。

I love the blueberry muffin but can you measurement by cup not by Graham because I do not know how to measurement by graham by cup👍🏻❤️

V good :-) Though I'd sink the berries into the batter, coz Im afraid they'll get bitter from the direct heat. Piping the chz later, as a simple deco, topped with a few berries is also great. *NOT* those super-fancy, dont know how to hold, let alone *eat* kinda muffins! ♥
