❥材料INGREDIENTS :
牛油100克(室溫軟化)
赤藻糖醇40克
2蛋(100g) (室溫)
杏仁粉100克
泡打粉6克
黑芝麻粉10克
餡料:
3隻咸蛋
芝士片(可選)
上層:
無糖肉鬆
紫菜碎
準備功夫:
烤箱預熱170度
牛油和雞蛋放置室溫
做法:
1.咸蛋先烤熟/蒸熟,備用
2.牛油和代糖先攪拌均勻,後打至顏色發白
3.2隻雞蛋打散,分次加到牛油中,攪拌均勻
[注意:牛油和雞蛋的比例需是1:1,否則容易油水分離]
4.再加入所有粉類,攪拌均勻
5.模具中墊上油紙,先放入一半麵糊
6.再放入芝士片,壓碎了咸蛋碎
7.最後加入另一半麵糊,抹平
8.表層放上無糖肉鬆和紫菜碎
9.放入烤箱中下層:170度45-50分鐘 (用牙籤插入蛋糕中間,無粘上麵糊代表熟了)
10.放涼後可食用
[但建議隔夜回油更好吃,放冰箱冷藏口感結實,較像冰淇淋口感]
模具容量:450克

black sesame powder 10g

3 salted eggs
cheese slices (optional)
upper layer:
sugar-free meat floss

practice:
1. Bake/steam the salted egg first, set aside
2. Stir the butter and sugar substitute first, then beat until the color turns white
3. Beat 2 eggs, add them to the butter one at a time, and mix well
[Note: The ratio of butter and eggs must be 1:1, otherwise it is easy to separate oil and water]
4. Add all the flour and mix well
5. Line the mold with oiled paper and put half of the batter first
6. Add cheese slices, crushed salted egg
7. Finally add the other half of the batter and smooth it
8. Put sugar-free meat floss and chopped seaweed on the surface
9. Put it in the middle and lower layers of the oven: 170 degrees for 45-50 minutes (insert a toothpick into the middle of the cake, no sticky batter means cooked)
10. Can be eaten after cooling
[But it is recommended to return the oil overnight to taste better, and put it in the refrigerator to refrigerate and the taste is firm, more like ice cream taste]

今天做了,味道還不錯但吃起來實在是太油啦!還有,牛油+代糖+蛋打發那個步驟實在費工又不好掌握,真心覺得用椰子油或其他油取代牛油會省事許多。總體而言還不錯!
