感觉房东和管理公司都是白痴,很幸运他们没有碰到专业的“房客老赖”,否则应该再让房东赔给房客一百万。许多房屋管理公司根本就不懂相关法律甚至不懂为什么要有押金。所有的租房原则都放弃了。加州有家具的出租房屋押金可以是租金的3倍(California Civil Code, California Real Estate Law )。不要轻易相信所谓的“管理公司”。
