@Smallfry122 Correct. This is likely in part due to the fact that looking at the full moon was once thought to cause insanity. This actually gets touched on in the game, wherein one of the characters (Eirin, I believe) comments on Marisa's ability to look at the moon and not go mad.
Lunatic in this case does not mean "Crazy", it means comming from the moon (Witch refer to Kaguya's beauty, in the game her beauty is compared to the Moon's beauty). Also, her title as a princess is not due to her royalty, but for her impressive beauty XD

adleast to straight this up the original Kaguya Hime was not a priestess but a divine celestial that lives an ordinary life, this Kaguya is however a princess of the Lunarian empire its not stated clearly whether she's a royal or just some class of princesses.
If not for Fujiyama Volcano, Mokou would be an easier boss than Kaguya. And Kaguya is still easier than Eirin, past Hard mode. Easy mode Eirin is just too much a cakewalk.
