I have to say... When auntie was younger... I was not into this. But when I was into my thirties... I think the herbs and the ingredients that is in them. It is actually very medicinal in nature. I would definitely recommend like to try maybe once a week. At least to balance a TCM diet.... Your body adapts or changes anyway.

Saying that, red wines are also fermented grapes. To be honest, if the stock is so strong a flavour. When serving, just dilute a small amount. This is more than enough.... Maybe the oily one needs to find a new gadget to filter out the fat to preserve the brewed condiment.
