1 whole chicken (4-4.5 lbs)
Ginger & scallion sauce:
1.5 scallion
2 tbsp fresh cilantro
3 tbsp fresh ginger
1 shallot
2 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp salt
Seasoned soy sauce (dipping sauce)
1/3 cup water
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar
1/2 scallions
1 tbsp cilantro

薑蔥油:

3 湯匙 芫荽
3 湯匙 薑
1 個 紅蔥頭
2 湯匙 油
1/4 茶匙 鹽

1/4 茶匙 糖
1/2 棵 蔥
