前些時候正好約了朋友來做客
於是做了一桌記憶里的北京菜
來招待朋友們
We prepare a table of Beijing-style home-cooked dishes to entertain friends
Missing the red leaves, family and friends in Beijing in autumn
We just happened to have an appointment with a friend to be a guest some time ago.
So we cooked a table of Beijing dishes that we remembered to entertain friends
這次素食家宴的菜單是
The menu for this vegetarian family dinner is:
芥末墩兒 Mustard Duner
糖醋蘿蔔山楂條 Sweet and sour radish and hawthorn strips
涼拌豆腐絲 Cold shredded tofu
大拌菜 Mixed vegetables
素烤呀 Vegan roasted
木須沒有肉 Mushu has no meat
炒黃瓜 Fried cucumber
驢打滾 Donkey rolling
麻醬燒餅 sesame sauce pancakes
白芸豆菌菇湯 White kidney bean and mushroom soup
每次和朋友吃飯
都希望她們可以感受到素食的美好和喜悅
所以每次的菜也盡量不重復
這是頭一回做有主題的家宴
下一次做個什麼主題呢
Every time we have dinner with friends
They all hope that they can feel the beauty and joy of vegetarianism
So we try not to repeat the dishes every time.
