Ari can be a good chef also. Smart answer from Jay when asked him which food he like the most. Glad to see Ari and her family like Wang Wang. Merry Christmas to you all and stay healthy always! From Malaysia.
Or it could be cut into small chunks and sub for clam in a chowder soup. The texture would be similar & as expected to be. This should not throw her off as the texture would be what she envisions in a clam chowder. North Americans have an aversion to food textures that they are not familiar with.

The right way to eat the abalone is to use knife and fork and to cut it into smaller piece, just like taking sirloin steak and then you will feel the tenderness of the abalone. Of course you should dip the smaller piece into sauce before eating! This is a very delicious and nutritious dish and the high price of abalone speaks for it!
Merry Christmas and happy New Year 🤣 Only Jay cook before I wonder if Ali could cook too🤣 it’s not easy to make a full desk of Chinese food😆a job well done. You should cut the abalone into thin slice for the one who never tried it.
wow, Ari you did a good job, although that is a fast pack food, it not easy to make it good as well btw, ari you look really pretty, and jay smile very sweet having your dinner
Abalone is very expensive here in my country and is usually from Australia. The bigger the abalone the more expensive. We usually slice into smaller pieces and cook with veggies. Many people find it very unpleasant to eat the whole big piece of abalone in one bite as abalone itself is quite tasteless just like squirt.
