材料：200克肉碎、半勺胡椒粉、1勺酱油、3个鸡蛋、少许盐、5瓣蒜、少许水淀粉
酱汁：2勺酱油、1勺白糖、200毫升清水
1）把肉碎加入半勺胡椒粉、1勺酱油搅拌均匀腌制10分钟
2）鸡蛋加入少许盐打散，蒜切末
3）2勺酱油、1勺白糖、200毫升清水搅拌均匀备用
4）热锅热油炒熟肉末后取出放入蛋液内
5）热锅加油，把鸡蛋倒入炸至两面金黄色即可
6）锅留底油爆香蒜末后倒入酱汁，煮至沸腾加少许水淀粉勾芡就好了
7）把酱汁淋在炸蛋上就可以开吃了😋
