魷魚圈兒
佐料和配菜
蒜鹽,馬鈴薯澱粉,雞蛋, 麵包屑
以上食材和佐料根據自己口味調整用量
製作過程:
用開水將魷魚圈兒燙一下,過涼水. 注意:不要燒開以防止魷魚圈兒變硬
將蒜鹽和魷魚圈兒混合均勻
將雞蛋液,馬鈴薯澱粉,麵包屑,和燙好的魷魚圈兒放在油鍋旁邊
油溫升至375F後,將魷魚圈黏上乾澱粉後,蘸雞蛋液,再黏上麵包屑,放入油鍋炸至兩面金黃酥脆
可以直接食用或蘸自己喜歡的醬料

Seasoning and others
Garlic salt, Potato starch, Eggs, Bread crumbs
Adjust the amount of the above ingredients and seasonings based on your own taste
Cooking Process:
Boil a big pot of water, pour the calamari rings, then quench the rings in the cold water. Note: Do not let the water boil again after dump the rings into the pot to avoid overcooking the rings to rubbery.
Add some garlic salt into the boiled calamari rings.
Put beaten eggs, potato starch, bread crumbs beside the frier.
When the oil temperature reach 375F, take a ring, wrap it with starch, dip it into beaten eggs, wrap it with bread crumbs. Deep fry both sides of the ring to golden crispy.
It can be eaten directly or dip any kind of sauce you like.
