佐料和配菜

製作過程:
用水浸泡干虾仁和扇贝,让其变软
鍋中放入奶油和植物油,加入圓蔥,香菇碎,泡好的乾蝦仁,扇貝,胡椒粉,醬油,海鮮醬炒香
電飯煲中放入洗好的壽司米,依序加入紅蘿蔔丁,豆,玉米,鮮蝦仁兒,鮮扇貝,加入炒好料後,加入雞湯後按煮飯鍵
拌勻後,鮮香無比
Ingredients:

Shiitake mushrooms, Peas, Corn, Diced carrots, light soy sauce, Onions, Pepper, Hoisin sauce; Chicken broth
Adjust the amount of the above ingredients and seasonings based on your own taste
Cooking Process:
Soak dried shrimps and scallops in water to make them soft
Put butter and some vegetable oil in a pot, add onion, chopped shiitake mushrooms, soaked dried shrimps and scallops, Pepper, light soy sauce, and hoisin sauce, stir fry until fragrant
Put washed sushi rice into a rice cooker, put chopped carrots, peas, corn, fresh shrimps and scallops on the top of the rice.
Last step, add chicken broth into the pot. Push cook button
Mixed it well when it cook. So yummy!
