自制叉烧包这样做😋蓬松暄软,满满馅料,好吃不腻,在家自己就能做‼️💯
馅料:2个洋葱、2勺麻油、1茶勺盐、2勺白糖、1少酱油、少许五香粉、少许胡椒粉、1勺蚝油、半勺红曲粉、1勺黑酱油、400克肉末、水淀粉
包皮:150克清水、3克酵母、300克包粉、3克包打粉、40克白糖、15克食用油
1)把洋葱切碎,把2勺麻油、1茶勺盐、2勺白糖、1少酱油、少许五香粉、少许胡椒粉、1勺蚝油、半勺红曲粉、1勺黑酱油搅均匀
2)热锅热油爆香洋葱加入肉末炒至变色,倒入酱汁炒均匀,再加入少许水淀粉炒至浓稠
3)150克清水加入3克酵母搅均
4)准备一个大碗,倒入300克包粉、3克包打粉、40克白糖、15克食用油&酵母水,把面粉揉成不粘手的面团,在揉个20分钟左右至表面光滑,保鲜纸盖子醒发30分钟
5)再揉1分钟,再醒发30分钟后捏成小团,大约40克
6)桌上撒上包粉,把面团擀成薄片,边角要比较薄,包入1勺馅料,随着边角包起来就好了
7)放入锅中,盖起来再醒发30分钟,蒸15分钟;蒸好锅开个小缝,5分钟再拿出来❤️

2) Heat oil in a hot pan, sauté the onion, add the minced meat and stir-fry until the color changes, pour in the sauce and stir-fry evenly, then add a little water starch and stir-fry until thick
3) Add 3 grams of yeast to 150 grams of water and mix well
4) Prepare a large bowl, pour 300 grams of pao flour, 3 grams of baking powder, 40 grams of sugar, 15 grams of cooking oil & yeast water, knead the flour into a non-sticky dough, knead for about 20 minutes until the surface is smooth , cover with plastic wrap and rise for 30 minutes
5) Knead for another 1 minute, rise for another 30 minutes and knead into small balls, about 40 grams
6) Sprinkle pao flour on the table, roll the dough into thin slices, the corners should be relatively thin, wrap 1 scoop of filling, and wrap it up along the corners
7) Put it in the steamrr, cover it and let it rise for 30 minutes, steam for 15 minutes; open a small slit in the pot after steaming, take it out after 5 minutes❤️
