芝士牛奶菠菜
材料:
菠菜一斤
芝士4片
鮮奶100毫升
蒜蓉一湯匙
牛油一小片
處理:
1. 菠菜,切去頂部,清水浸5分鐘,清水浸洗4、5次,直至完全洗乾淨。
2. 大火煲滾一鑊水,放菠菜,灼熟。
3. 另一邊,準備一大碗凍水。
4. 菠菜已灼至軟身,撈起,放入凍水內。
5. 載上透明膠手套。
6. 菠菜,揸乾水分,切碎,放碟上。
烹調:
1. 慢火,在鑊內烘溶牛油。
2. 加入蒜蓉,炒香。
3. 加入菠菜,炒勻。
4. 加入芝士2塊。
5. 加入鮮奶100毫升,炒至收汁。
6. 再加入鮮奶100毫升,炒至收汁。
7. 再加入芝士2塊,放在菠菜上。
8. 完成,上碟,可享用。
Stir frying spinach with cheese and milk
Ingredients:
Spinach 1 catty
Cheese 4 slices
Milk 100ml
Garlic sauce 1 tbsp
Butter (small) 1 pc
Preparation:
1. Spinach, cut the root. Soak in tap water for 5 minutes. Rinse with tap water 4-5 times. Rinse thoroughly until it is totally clean.
2. Heat up a wok of water at high flame. Put spinach in it. Boil well.
3. On the other side, get ready for a big bowl of water.
4. Spinach has been softly boiled, pick it up. Put in tap water.
5. Wear a pair of transparent gloves.
6. Spinach, get it squeezed. Chop well. Put on plate.
Steps:
1. Low flame, melt the butter in wok.
2. Add in garlics, fry well.
3. Add in spinach, fry well.
4. Add in 2 slices of cheese.
5. Add in 100ml of milk, fry well until sauce becomes thick.
6. Add in 100ml of milk again, fry well until sauce becomes thick.
7. Put 2 slices of cheese again on top of the spinach.
8. Complete. Put on plate. Serve.
