I did it. My A1C was 5.9 but came down to 4.9. BP was 150-190, came down to 120. Doctor wanted to prescribe meds for both conditions, but I refused. Those conditions can be reversed through different ways of eating.. Doctors don't have it all.
Doctors don't know it all. They "try" to treat your medical condition. In a way you are "an experiment" to them. Why not you try on your own self. I did reverse diabetes conditions by different ways of food consumption.
Exactly. Animal fat is beneficial to our body. The one practice we need for attention is INTERMITTENT FASTING(not constantly eating). 3 meals is ok, 2 meals a day are best
