在倫敦,terraced houses或2-3 bed flats其實也差不多£40-500000,而且也要到zone 3以外的地區。以台北來說,這概念大概就是台北市到樹林的概念(新莊板橋大概算zone2/3的概念)。其實台灣也不算特別貴。英國以年薪£40000來算(差不多是台灣月薪NTD6-70000的水準),扣掉20%的稅,剩£32000,一年大概可以付房貸£10000,但這還是單身節省生活的狀態。台灣假設月薪NTD60000,單身節儉生活,一樣不買車,大概可以存3萬,一年可以存36萬,年終就當作繳稅繳掉了,以1千8百萬的房子來看,也是差不多50年。
