60g Shallots 60克红葱
15g Garlic 15克蒜末
30g Dried Shrimps 30克虾米
3Tbsp Light Soy Sauce 3大匙生抽
2Tbsp Oyster Sauce 2大蚝油
2Tbsp Thick Soy Sauce 2大匙酱油膏
1Tsp Sesame Oil 1小匙麻油
1Tsp Cooking Wine 1小匙料酒
¼Tsp Pepper ¼小匙胡椒粉

420g Glutinous Rice Flour 420克糯米粉
300ml Warm Water 300毫升温水(自行拿捏)
40g Caster Sugar 40克细砂糖
¼tsp Salt ¼小匙盐
