Taiwanese Wushu athlete Hsiao "Jing" Chingying explains the special characteristics of lannazha (拦拿扎； lánnázhā, block up, down, and thrust), the fundamental basic of qiang (枪； qiāng, spear) in Wushu. She also shows big, middle, and small versions of the basic, as well as martial applications.
