做法:
1. 薯仔切片,乾蔥頭切粒,蕃茄切片,辣椒切粒,紅椒切條
2. 冷鑊落油,將薯仔鋪鑊底,再開細火,加入鹽,胡椒粉,乾蔥頭,將材料煎香後,再熄火。
3. 依次加入魚塊,蕃茄,紅椒,蔥頭。
4. 最後倒入調味好的醬汁,蓋上鑊蓋,開中火煮8分鐘,加入蔥段,完成!

📌 Tomato sauce - 2 teaspoons
📌 Oyster sauce - 1 teaspoon

Instructions:
1. Slice the potato, dice the dried shallot, slice the tomato, chop the red bell pepper, and cut the chili pepper into small pieces. Chop the spring onion.
2. Heat oil in a cold pan and arrange the potato slices at the bottom. Then, turn on low heat and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add the dried shallot and sauté until the ingredients become fragrant, then turn off the heat.
3. Layer the fish fillets, tomato slices, red bell pepper, and spring onion on top of the potatoes.
4. Finally, pour in the prepared sauce, cover the pan, and cook over medium heat for 8 minutes. Add the spring onion segments. Your Tomato Potato Fish dish is now ready!
