1 杯煮熟藜麥 1 cup COOKED quinoa cooked according to package
1/4 杯紫椰菜 1/4 cup chopped red cabbage
2 湯匙煮熟毛豆 2 Table Spoon of cooked edamame
1/2 個紅燈籠椒 1/2 red bell pepper chopped
2 湯匙紅蘿蔔 2 Table Spoon chopped carrots
1 湯匙小蘿蔔 1 Table Spoon chopped radish
Salad Dressings:
3 湯匙有機醬油 3 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce or Amino
1 湯匙芝麻油 1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/4 茶匙薑蓉 1/4 teaspoon grated ginger
1 瓣蒜蓉 1 cloves crushed garlic
2 湯匙蔥粒 2 tablespoons thinly sliced scallions
1 湯匙杏仁醬 1 tablespoon Almond butter
2 tablespoons lime juice
Toppings:
2湯匙碎杏仁粒 Little cilantro chopped
少量芫茜葉 2 Table Spoon chopped cashews
