西斯特瑪：骨頭-以tension的方向來解釋 Systema: Bones- Explain through the direction of tension 

這邊用tension的方向來說明用骨頭的概念。影片中示範當有外力作用在手臂上時，tension會自然的產生。此時可以將這個tension增加，用tension去控制外力；或是將這個tension減少，用這個連結去控制外力。這個連結就是我們說的用骨頭去連骨頭。

Here, we use the concept of the direction of tension to explain the using of bones. The clip demonstrates that when an external force is applied to the wrist, tension will naturally arise. At this point, you can either increase this tension to control the external force or decrease this tension to control the external force using this connection. This connection is what we refer to as using bones to connect bones.
