草莓杏仁雪花酥 :
棉花糖Marshmallows 200g
海鹽小餅乾Sea salt mini biscuits 120g
無鹽牛油Butter 60g
脫脂奶粉 Skin Milk powder 60g
凍乾草莓果乾 Freeze dried strawberries 50g (made in canada)
雜果仁 Mix nuts 100g
紅菜頭粉 Beet Root powder 1/8 tsp
綠茶無花果雪花酥 :
棉花糖 Marshmallows 200g
海鹽小餅乾 Sea salt biscuits 120g
無鹽牛油 Butter 60g
脫脂奶粉 Skin Milk powder 60g
凍乾無花果乾 Freeze dried figs 50g (made in canada)
雜果仁 Mix nuts 100g
綠茶粉 Green tea powder 1 tsp
少許奶粉表面裝飾 a little of skin milk powder for decoration
