上次分享過「多巴胺粉粿」,簡單來說就是豐富色彩的食物會讓大腦分泌快樂激素「多巴胺」,很多朋友都說光看心情都被治癒了。這次繼續多巴胺下去,來個「多巴胺粉彩粉圓」吧!

👩🏻🍳 食材 Recipes
樹薯澱粉或馬鈴薯澱粉或藕粉(台灣又稱日本太白粉)50克
液體35-40克
《液體的色彩變化》
黃色👉液體用柳橙汁或芒果汁或山梔子水加水調整深淺
桃紅色👉火龍果肉加清水打成火龍果汁加水調整深淺
藍色👉蝶豆花水深淺自調
紫色👉蝶豆花水+幾滴檸檬汁或葡萄汁或桑椹汁加水調整深淺
綠色👉蝶豆花水+山梔子1顆或食用小蘇打粉1小撮
橘色👉紅蘿蔔汁去渣加水調整深淺
粉色👉洛神花汁加水調整深淺
50g of tapioca starch or potato starch (also known as Japanese potato starch in Taiwan)
[Liquid (with color variations)]:
Yellow👉 Use orange juice, mango juice, or osmanthus water mixed with water to adjust the shade.
Peach Pink👉 Blend dragon fruit flesh with water to make dragon fruit juice and adjust the shade with water.
Blue👉 Use butterfly pea flower water and adjust the shade to your preference.
Purple👉 Mix butterfly pea flower water with a few drops of lemon juice, grape juice, or mulberry juice and adjust the shade with water.
Green👉 Mix butterfly pea flower water with one osmanthus flower or a pinch of edible baking soda.
Orange👉 Strain carrot juice and adjust the shade with water.
Pink👉 Use hibiscus flower juice and adjust the shade with water.
