2½ Big Red Chilli 2½条 大红辣椒
3 Garlic 3粒 蒜头
6 Shallots 6粒 小葱头
1 Lemongrass 1条 香茅
10g Balacan 10克 峇拉煎
10g Turmeric 10克 黄姜
10g Ginger 10克 姜
Seasonings 调味料 :
½ teaspoon Salt ½茶匙 盐
1 teaspoon Sugar 1茶匙 糖
