Realizing that this mobile armor was once MASS PRODUCED and sent to wipe out humanity really makes this one of the more terrifying scenes in any gundam series.
even more then you realise Hajmal was a lower ranked version as in the IBO Game there are MB with 5-6 Tails like hajmal have and these were Soloed by Barbatos younger Brother Marchosis
@@kevinbaumhoer7359 And that's because Marchosias was BY DESIGN meant to solo Mobile Armors. Usually, it would be a pair or even a team of Gundams that'll take on Mobile Armors during the Calamity War.
@@Josua070 nahh Trash of Mercury is how it is at the Moment Worse than G.Reco and Victory Combined .Don"t get ME worng This Season could have been the Greates and Darkest in Years if it would have been Written by a Competent Writer i Mean this Series lore would be the Perfect Mix of CyBerpunk and Gundam but No another Trashy School Seires
@@erikmaguina1 judging by the size and armament, Hashmal probably one of the weakest MA. Which crazy to imagine what kind of MA they had in Calamity War
There's something tragic about this battle. As the Alaya-Vinyana systems used by space rats are inheritently sub-standard and flawed, pushing Barbatos to the limit caused damage to Mika's spinal cord and crippled him. Inside the Barbatos, he might be the most formidable pilot in the solar system; but outside the Barbatos, he is a quadriplegic boy who cannot take care of himself anymore. Yet, it is no option for him to rest, as he charges full speed at the goal he will never reach, like a star outshining an entire galaxy during its last moments.
The Barbatos recognized this angel of death as worthy prey, after all Barbatos's one true purpose was to destroy it. Modern day safety limiters had been coded into the Barbatos but it's old directives override them allowing a bond of iron and flesh. In this fight Mikazuki must have felt complete freedom of mind and body, as much as Barbatos gave to Mika, he gave just a much back to Barbatos. This is about the machine as much as it is about the boy and his family.
Don't Forget Alaya Vijana System Is Very Extremely System In Super Robot Wars Said Once Alaya Vijana System Limiter Went Off He Can Able Takes In 2 Minutes If You Keeps Going You Went Unconscious Death
When you hear what sounds like tires squealing on the road may actually be both Ahab Reactors’ themselves. If you watch how the Barbatos is spun to avoid being attacked. The moving parts within the Reactors would rub against their housing those creating that noise.
It's easy to put that off as plot armor. A better moment was earlier when one of the red Tekkaden suits took a direct hit and basically tanked the hit completely.
@@zeryuouros4411 Considering the durability of suits, I think material quality is similar, but the control systems of the Gundam Frames just completely outstrip the Graze's manual systems.
@@Servellion Now imagine the durability of Barbatos Lupus Rex. The arms, legs and tail are made of special metal which means it's more durable than normal material. The chest is probably similar to Lupus. But to compensate that, it has the big arms to shield the torso. Well the arms are for longer reaches to suit Mikazuki style but accidentally, it could also be used for shielding.
@@uzukiaizeni9948pretty sure that's the case. Animation quality have gone down during IBO's run. It has been that way ever since after the original build fighters ended. We haven't gotten a series with quality on par with gundam 00 aside from OVAs like Thunderbolt until now
@@bad72690 Well not all of them, first of all there is 2 type of AV system. One is Alaya-vijnana system Type E and another low graded. So in the calamity war people used the type e which need a brain of someone to take force just Ein brain was used in Gundam Vidar so that the blue guy would not go paralysed just like mika. Also mikazuki used a down graded AV system which is dangerous and risky as it may consume the pilot just like mika. It’s impossible for other organisations and bandits to use the type E because it was abandoned after the clamity war and it was expensive also need a good surgeon and other stuff and a brain because of Ein they experiment on him to do the process that’s why mcgillis was able to do the surgery without going coma, also if your thinking what av system did McGill’ used it is still unknown.
Now can you imagine the other gundam frames were specifically designed for close combat? Barbie was originally a multi purpose type suit, unlike astaroth origin and dantalion that were for close combat... Barbie Rex on the other hand though is different since it was refitted to be a close combat suit.
@@Maramara13Fly That might have to do with Mika as the pilot. For it seems like he prefers beating the enemy head on in melee combat and that's the majority of his battle situation. He never used a range weapon unless needed to.
It's a shame the Mobile Armor subplot went nowhere, I'd have loved it if IBO turned into a hunting anime. Imagine if the activation of this unit resulted the the mass activation of all intact Mobile Armors throughout the Milkyway... It's a cool mental image.
IBO always had an objective in mind, the MAs expanded the world view but the point of the story was to show Tekkadan's progress and how the loss of Biscuit alongside siding with a wanna be tyrant brought them to their end.
@@AdamTheJaggi May I guide you to Gundam Urdr Hunt, it is being compiled in the channel of Trafalgar Logs. We have seen Harael animated, of which there were multiple units, of 150 meters in heights.
4 yrs and they went from blood, sweat, and testosterone with metal slug fest to girl marrying girl in a Gundam that does everything for her from distance 🙄
@@tonyru6982 IBO is pretty much just war brawls from start to finish. This season don't even have a war, just gundam builder duels and slow burn political intrigues that action anime lovers probably don't even understand.
