[長野, Nagano] Rumor of a Stunning Sea of Clouds!?? 絶景と噂の雲海!?? 

Continuing from last time we spent the night at Shirakaba lake and went up the mountain beside it where there is a shrine up top. After hiking the wrong way for nothing (not included in the video haha...) we moved along in Nagano. We heard a rumor of a sea of clouds nearby... We drove up possibly one of the worst roads we've encountered into a beautiful bald top mountain. It had 360 views of the major towns on each side. So where is this sea of clouds and did we find it?
