香港餐飲概念前衛 國際級到位 傳統的也很到味 追逐多樣餐廳真的沒有什麼問題 但對於伴手禮很頭痛 每每去HK 伴手禮似乎沒什麼好買-優の良品?XO醬? (先排除已經流行5-10年的帝苑餅店的蝴蝶酥 珍妮曲奇餅乾 德成號蛋捲...這種) 也許可以開一集伴手禮採購清單

好喜歡Liz的頻道,也慕名去了Mora,以下是我13歲女兒在品嚐過寫的食品,可供大家參考: Mora Today we went to a very special restaurant, Mora, which was located in a hideous area. Stemming from Chef Vicky Lau’s French x Chinese cooking roots, Mora’s dishes are categorised by texture with recipes that highlight precious ingredients through the manipulation of soy. We all had a high expectation to it and were excited to take a try. We ordered the “Characters of soy” lunch course. The welcoming appetizers - Snack of Ratatouille and soy Ricotta in Tofu Pocket with a fried Tofu with Pickled Sardine Rillettes were overwhelmingly delicious. Different layers of flavors and textures pleased our palate as we looked forward to more surprise from the following menu. The second dish was Soy Milk with condiments. It was inspired by an authentic food where you could get at many street hawkers in Shanghai. Since we are from Shanghai region, the soy milk was not up to our expectations, although the presentation was fancy. Two seafood dishes followed. Tofu Skin Fried Black Prawn with Green Pepper Sauce was ordinarily unremarkable, while the scallops were perfectly seared and skillfully balanced with herbs and the citrus in the sauce. We were expecting the signature dish from Chef Vicky- French twisted Sichuan hot & spicy tofu to be the highlight of our meal. However, we were served with Chicken Tofu au Vin instead. We were totally disappointed with this dish. Honestly, it tasted salty but we weren’t able to taste the flavor from the chicken in the dish. Last but not least, came the dessert. Apparently, it was my favorite of the meal. It was the “Mont Blanc of soy pastry Cream, Chestnut and sweet potato with Rice Ice cream”. My mouth was fulfilled with the smell of chestnut and sweet potato. The dessert putted an amazing end to the soy theme tasting menu! Overall, a very innovative tasting menu. However, I was not full at all after the meal. The whole mixture of tofu and soy milk did not bring a big surprise to us as well. In conclusion, I would not consider coming to Mora again!
