Hi, thanks for sharing your Pandan Huat Kueh. If you have big leaf pandan, add 1/2 with that to the small leaf Pandan as the big leaf gives very pretty green colour but not aroma, the small leaf pandan is very aroam. So each time I mix both big leaf and small leaf pandan.
Oh gosh. I use cake flour. Tot I have self raising flour. And I buy coconut cream which I tot I saw ur son show sample. But I think coconut milk more liquid like I watxh from ur video. The cream is more sticky.. See the result later. Now steaming. 😂
