Crispy, fragrance pan-fried meat buns Ingredients 500g all purpose flour 5g salt 1 egg 250g room temperature water Fillings Minced meat with some fats Chinese mushroom (diced) Spring onion (diced) Oyster and soya sauce Salt and mixed spices 1 egg Methods 1. Mix the flour, salt , egg and water together, covered and rest for 30 mins 2. Spread some oil on the pastry board and roll the dough to a long strip. Divide into 12 portions 3. Roll each dough into a smaller long strip and dip each dough with vegetable oil. Covered and rest for 20 mins 4. Prepare the meat fillings with the necessary seasoning and add a dash of vegetable oil. Mixed well. 5. Flatten the dough with your palm and roll out the dough . Scoop a tablespoon of the meat fillings and wrap in left and right direction at the beginning, pull back and roll up the dough. Gently press the dough with fillings down with your fingers 6. Fry under slow fire (in order for meat to be well cooked) till golden brown . Serve while its still hot!
