I went to China this year and stayed for 2 months. Eventually I started looking for cheap food and while looking for tomato sauce canned sardine I accidently found this....damn son!!!! Packed with delicious spicy flavor and BLACK BEANS...man...genius!!! Over white rice like you made it here is the best way to have it. I still buy it here in the states at the Asian supermarket...I am so happy to get my fix everytime

I put the fish in the microwave to crunch it up. Make sure you cover it up. It will splatter all over your microwave. Maybe for about 60 seconds. Then I break the fish up after it cools and sprinkle it over my rice. So yummy that way!

Hello , I've eaten this for years, when i was younger the fish was yellow croker.( not sure of the spelling) we could not buy for quite a few years in canada. i lived in a loging in camp and we had few things available to buy that were chinese. several times a year we would go to vancouver and stock up on our favorite chinese foods. after the fresh foods were consumed, this was my personal go to food. i've read other peoples comments, yes its true some younger peoples don't understand or want to try it out,but thats maybe our fault as we have tried to give our children and better and healthy life. have told my sons that they do not no what its like to be hunger for anything
