免治牛肉100克 - 100g of minced beef
軟豆腐1包(340克)- 340g of soft tofu
蔥花適量 - 1 sprig of chopped spring onion
薑蓉1茶匙 - 1tsp of ginger paste
蒜蓉1茶匙 - 1 tsp of garlic paste
豆豉1茶匙 - 1tsp of fermented black beans
榨菜20克 - 20g of pickled mustard tuber
花椒粒1茶匙 - 1tsp of Sichuan peppercorn
砂糖1茶匙 - 1tsp of sugar
鹽少許 - salt to taste
花椒油1湯匙 - 1tbsp of peppercorn oil
辣椒油少許 - few drops of chilli oil
黑胡椒粉1茶匙 - 1tsp of black pepper
辣豆瓣醬2湯匙 - 2tbsp of spicy broad bean paste
麻油1茶匙 - 1tsp of sesame oil
老抽1茶匙 - 1tsp of dark soy sauce
雞湯1杯 - 1 cup of chicken stock
生粉水 - cornstarch solution
