Those who love this drama might haven’t known that Kong Hyojin -the female lead in this drama had been badly injured in a big car incident during filming this drama. She had sufferings in pain so much (you can watch at behind scenes clips) But the viewers hardly see her pain on screen. She tried her best to complete perfectly her role. Even several months after finishing this drama, she still had a surgery in her leg. In an interview later, she said that incident made her impossible to take the running scene more than one year later. She is admired by her colleague for her braveness during that time.

인생드라마.. 어린나이에 장사하다 돈 날리고 3년사귄 여친이랑 헤어지고 멘탈 터져서 주변 연락 싹 끊고 방구석에서 거의 2년을 게임만 하면서 폐인처럼 살다가 어느날 티비에서 흘러나오는 예고편 ost에 반해서 봤는데.. 이드라마 보고 힘내서 ..등산이랑 운동 다니면서 멘탈 회복하고 다시 사회로 나가서 열심히 일하면서 살고 있습니다 실패해도 괜찮아 라고 느끼게 해줬던 참 고마운 작품..

참 많은 드라마를 봐 왔지만 기억에 남는 거 하날 꼽으라 한다면 "괜찮아 사랑이야"를 뽑지 않을 수 없다. 문득 문득 이게 떠올라 그리워져 여길 들러 다비치의 목소리,깔리는 기타 음에 취하게 된다. 드라마의 장면 장면 대사가 떠오르고...또 언젠가 여기 다시 오게 되겠지.

Even if there are new k dramas today like Crash Landing on you, this remains in my number 1 of the most beautiful k drama I've watched. What makes it really beautiful are the story, the cast and the OST. The story is unpredictable, realistic and will give you different emotions while watching it. The cast are really good, all of them but im more impressed in the main cast. Their OST are also addicting. I have completed these series a long time ago but I still watch the episodes over and over again. It is just soo sad that it is underrated. This drama is very highly recommended to watch though. 😞

진짜 명작.... 이렇게 세심하고 매정하지만서도 다정한 드라마가 또 있을까? 세상엔 무수한 드라마가 넘쳐나지만 내겐 이게 단연 1등드라마다. 주연배우뿐만 아니라 조연들도 다 빛났던.. 연인 우정 가족 다 잡은 유일한 드라마❤❤ 10년 후에도, 20년 후에도 보고싶다 중간중간 슬프고 끔찍한 장면에 상반되게 삽입되는 발랄한 팝송 OST도 엄청 좋았었음..

As much as I love Kim Soo Hyun and despite how amazingly handsome and good at acting he is, this drama should've won the award for Best Drama of the Year award or whatever, OST too honestly. It's plot isn't cliche, the actors have so much chemistry and everything is so raw. The music on the soundtrack; every single one is just amazing.. I just wish this could've gotten the recognition it should've, why didn't this blow up like Heirs (bc Lee Min Ho)?

If you're interested in dramas with non-cliche plot lines, then this is one you definitely shouldn't miss. A perfect mix of love, tragedy, melodrama and even psychology/psychiatry. A very well-written drama with amazing acting, every actor fits like a glove. Hands down.

This drama made me starting a new habit... Asking "are you doing well" to myself,, wishing good night to me.. I never tried to like myself,, as I am struggling with depression.. Though I hate myself and regret for everything I do, at the end of the day I tried smile at myself.. I was crying in the scene when he asked the nurse "do I really look like schizophrenic".. I can relate such scenes.. Thanks to the director, writer and the cast for such an awsome movie.. I started watching this movie seeing some clips of the second couple,, after I fallen in love with the main couple and the last 4 episodes were unpredictable and most touching .. I was bored of similar puppy or horny plots and similar type of acting,,but this is the first time I felt like korean actors can "live" on screen rather than act.. And I liked that second guy, he is cute and funny.. Much love from India ❤

노래에 전주만 들어도 항상 가슴이 먹먹해집니다. 드라마 내용이 아니더라도 이 노래가 절 정말 슬프게 만듭니다. 가끔은 정말 떨쳐보내고 싶은 악몽같은 현실 속에서 저를 다독여주듯 들리는 이 노래가 힘이 됩니다.

이 노래민 들으면 만났던 남자친구랑 나눴던 추억들 시간들이 떠올라요 장거리연애였던 우리, 사랑을 확인하고 헤어지는 버스 안에서 집 올때까지 눈물이 멈추지 않고 흘렀는데 이 노래가 마침 흐르더라구요 반복재생해서 계속 들었는데 가사가 너무 예쁘고 공감돼서 아직도 듣고 있어요

I love this drama so much, hands down one of the best I've ever seen. It's far from cliche and it has a mix of everything. Even the filter they used and the frame rate is just perfect. 10/10 I absolutely recommend.

The best drama in Korean drama history, on par with "I Hear Your Voice". These two are the few ones which illustrate the reality in life, instead of being unrealistic as the mainstream dramas do.

I’ve probably watched this drama 4 times already. The way it deals with mental issues, the way the relationships develop , the f chemistry ... this remains an absolute gem. Also a more or less realistic take on what it means to be a relationship

Out of all the kdramas I've watched. This is still my number one. The storytelling, the pacing, the character development and how they were executed perfectly on screen by these great actors plus the OST. ❤ This really set the bar.

I feel offended whenever people compare this drama to 'Descendants of the Sun'....like, don't hate guys but honestly, DOTS was so overrated with basic plot, lack of character developments and mild twists---the only thing that stands out in that drama was Song Joong Ki's disarming smile and Jinki's acting that's worth a New Actor award. This series was a masterpiece with a genius soundtrack...Signal, Misaeng, Angry Mom, What's with This Family, Missing Noir M----recommended.

YAAAAAAAS and this was honestly, for me, the best drama ever made. Not only because it was perfect in every aspect, but also its significance to society and to how it addressed mental illness with such dignity, sensitivity, and respect. I couldn't express praise enough for this drama.

Hyojin is my fave. I loved both Master's Sun and this drama. Something abt her/acting got my attention. Also I could relate to her character in this, someone witnessing her parent's infidelity and knowing someone with mental illness. Ouh the chemistry btwn Insung and Hyojin is superb! Hope they'll have another drama tgt again ❤

Another Oh Hae Young is another drama i was attracted after its okay its love. I have watched DOTS, good doctors, ... a lot of them. but these 2 are the best!!! trust me and you won't regret!!

DOTS was so overrated tbh....I recommended TVN's SIGNAL (Like holy, best drama to come out in years!! big fan of Lee Je Hoon), Misaeng, Angry Mom and What's With This Family~ some of the most unconventional yet the best series to come out in years. If you want a smart drama with outstanding dialogue and performance, you can try 'Punch' too! TVN has really great series, you should check them all out.

ImotionSeoul96 Yup, it's my favorite! I love it because it's not a typical kdrama. It's logical, unique, cliche-free, and more realistic. I also like how the drama is able to pull off handling mental illnesses, and it's definitely great at it. It has plenty of funny moments too! The actors are amazing and the characters have the best chemistry i've seen in any drama i've watched. I won't forget how awesome of a soundtrack it has(dubbed best ost of 2014, also more than half the songs are english indie). So yes, please give it a try^^

I followed this drama every week while it was airing and every episode made me smile, laugh and cry. This drama is very different from your typical Korean Dramas. I would like to applaud the scriptwriter, as well as the director, producers, staffs and all the amazing casts that made this drama come to life. I was completely drawn in to the reality of the plot and was mesmerized by the sincerity of the actors and actresses. The chemistry between the male and female lead was so strong and overwhelming that my heart constantly ached for them. I also learned so much about the many types of psychological illness out in this world; and also about the raw beauty of love. I never imagined a drama in 2014 that would stand on par with My Love From the Star, but It's Okay, That's Love made it happen. 10/10 - Must Watch

6 years ago I fell in love with someone, but unfortunately I ended up getting hurt. So after that I never wanted to let anyone in my heart, until now I met a guy who is amazing and so caring, as much as I want to deny it I have fallen in love with him and just as the song says "It's Alright its love" so this song always makes me cry.
