In my opinion, there is no player who is as complete as Kim. Kim is the best all around player I have ever seen. And she will always be my favorite Olympic MVP player.
We cant use the excuse of KYK having better teammates because as we all remember, KYK has made worst teams as one of the best or the best when she joined them.
Why would you compare and veteran player to a starter? KYK already marked her name in the volleyball career. Samantha is just starting to make her own.
kim is a legend ..One of my fav.. samantha bricio is still young..i have watvhrd her in usc 2013..i saw a btight future ahead of her...long way to go samantha... .
@@markuse3472 if you're talking about how the smaller spiker is a better legend then ishikawa mayu should be in a first list. and she's still 20 years old.
Bricio is a strong offensive player, but Kim is an all-round player good at every category. Kim is now already over the hill and near the end of her career. People should watch her performance in the London Olympics which she single handled carried the mediocre Korean team win the 4th place and MVP. She was un-stoppable in early 2000's.

Hahaha. Over the hill? Why talk about an old fart?
M Tn Tough of you to say that a legend is an old fart. Fair enough, I’d prefer her be called an old fart rather than become a trash to society- with no contributions whatsoever. Bricio & Kim are both great athletes. But Kim has made a name in the industry and is regarded as one of the best volleyball players in the world. Let’s remember that Kim is older, yet she manages to score and still be an mvp. Bricio can only defeat Kim when she ages and proves herself worthy, and that will require time and effort.
Even Kim is over the hill, she is still better than 90% of the players. And clubs are still willing to pay the over-the -hill Kim more than Bricio who is at her prime.
Kim already a LEGEND for Fenerbahce and to the world. Samantha got a long way to go. She still young. For all-round volleyball player is hard to find and one is Kim.
Bricio is a better player but Kim had a better team. Not saying Kim isnt a really good player but volleyball is a team sport and the better team always wins. Bricio was the only reason her crappy team stayed in the game. Kims team made some incredible plays that saved their team numerous times. Any other team would have been defenseless against Bricio. I think the best person on Kims team was not Kim but the shorter one that was able to keep some of Bricio's serves from hitting the ground. That was the game changer. Another thing that hurt Bricio's team was their front blocking was not good, they kept blocking the ball into the sideline multiple times.
@@michaelmichaelagnew8503 Hahahhaha lol have you seen Kim carrying Korean Team at her back ..even your so called Samantha can’t handle it for sure ..Try to watch 2012 Olympics, Kim just prove their that she is such a legend.. a one in a billion.

Come on people let's keep enjoying this sport let's be mature Both of them are good players Some people loves more one then did other it's just the way we all see our heroes Same thing for any other sport player let's try to change the world it's 2021and people are dying because of the pandemic I think it's time to love each other and stop that bad spirit in us of hate God bless all the people God bless the universe we all are part of it Thanks
Markus E I get that you don’t like “that asian girl” but no need to copy paste the same comment to different opinions I think it’s better that bricio is starting and has a bright future rather than be a legend “for her height” cuz that means she’s reached her peak and the future is downhill..
@@flyingrice33 I cope/paste on may videos not just this one. I it to make a point, not to dislike anyone. Intellect: You ever heard of the term "LIVING LEGEND"? = Bricio.
That makes No difference at all! Jordan is 34 and still the top all around player worldwide. Age has nothing to do with it's all about mental health. I wish they would have played like this against Conlingo but their coach blew that with the line up. Jordan asked Kim to come to the team because Kim is very sweet and loves to compete! Thus she will be playing till her 40's. Last female to retire was 44 top player in France.
@@lilnbigman Jordan the top all around player? I don't know about that. She sometimes struggles to put the ball away. And she is one of the most predictable players. To me, she looks exhausted, she's boring to watch :(. I used to love her but she appears to have lost passion. Just my opinion.
Kim didnt win that game her team did. Her team made some incredible plays, also Bricios team couldnt play defense at all they looked bad blocking balls into the sideline.
