B: He said he won't be able to get a flight out until Thursday or Friday.

B: No flights in or out of there until they're out of the impact zone.
A: Well then, it looks like we're going to have to push everything back. How soon can we get the message out to Mr. Lee and his team?
B: Well, I can get the email sent out right away, but not all of them will see it until they get to their offices.
A: OK. Get the email sent out and get in touch with their assistants and make sure they get the message as soon as possible.
