돌돌말린 모양이 멋스러운 랑그드샤 쿠키를 만들었어요~
재료도 간단하고 반죽 만드는 방법이 정말 간단해서 금방 만들 수 있더라구요~
여러번 나눠 구워야 하지만 만드는게 재미있어 더 만들고 싶어지는 쿠키인 것 같아요~
간단하게 만들 수 있고 맛도 정말 좋아서 꼭 만들어 보셨으면 하는 쿠키랍니다~
맛은 쿠크다스와 비슷한데 더 바삭하고 고소한 맛인 것 같아요~
쿠키는 오븐에서 굽고 말랑할때 바로 말아야 하는데 많이 뜨거워서 조심해야 하더라구요~
굽는 시간은 오븐 사양에 따라 다른데 테두리가 살짝 구움색이 나는 정도가 좋은 것 같아요~

▶재료
중력분 35g
아몬드가루 30g
슈가파우더 75g
달걀흰자 2개 (약 70g)
녹인 무염버터 50g
바닐라익스트랙 3g
중력분 30g
코코아파우더 5g
아몬드가루 30g
슈가파우더 75g
댤걀흰자 2개 (약 70g)
녹인 무염버터 50g
바닐라익스트랙 3g
▶레시피
1. 중력분, 아몬드 가루, 슈가파우더를 섞은 뒤 달걀흰자, 녹인 무염버터, 바닐라익스트랙을 넣고 섞는다.
2. 반죽을 오븐 팬에 조금 올리고 숟가락으로 얇고 동그랗게 편 뒤 180도 예열된 오븐에서 5~6분 정도 굽고 뜨거울 때 젓가락을 이용해 돌돌말고 잠시 굳힌다.

75g Powdered sugar
2 Egg whites (about 70g)
50g Melted unsalted butter
3g Vanilla extract

I made this and here's a tip When you're gonna roll it, roll it as soon as it's out of the oven IT DOESN'T MATTER IF YOUR FINGERS BURN JUST ROLL IT QUICKLY or else it'll have cracks on it if you let it rest and then roll

이거 해봤는데 얇게해서 좀 오래 구우면 더 바삭하긴 하지만 끝부분이랑 안쪽가까이 타버리고ㅠㅠ 좀 더 두께감있게 하면 식감이 눅눅하고.. 힘들더라구요 어떻게 이렇게 하시는지 신기할따름… 😂

Recipe that's written in Korean translated into Eglish: 1. Mix flour, almond powder and powdered sugar together to combine. Add egg whites along with the melted unsalted butter and mix until there are no lumps visible. ** though cooking tree put the vanilla extract in after adding egg whites and melted butter, they mentioned that they forgot to add the vanilla in earlier so whether you choose to put it in afterwards or not it doesn't make too much of a difference. 2. On an oven pan (or anything with a flat surface), scoop batter into the pan and using a spoon, flatten in a circling motion. Bake for 5 to 6 minutes at a 180°c and while still hot, carefully use a chopstick (or any object suitable) to roll into a spiral. Hold for a while to secure the curl and the edge of the cookie. The chocolate cookie version should repeat the same process, just with the addition of cocoa powder in step 1. Edit: I realised that there was no recipe in English in the description box so here it is

그대로 만들어봤는데 저렇게 돌돌 말리지도 않고 생각보다 바삭해지지도 않고 ㅠㅠ 아무리 얇게 해도 그냥 빵이 됩니다..ㅠㅠㅠ

Yes! Langue de chat is "cat tongue",oval shaped flat cookies.I was supposed these were called "Cigarette cookies."

I made it dear without almonds flour as a test , first time was awful and so bad cause I take it from the pan to roll it and it was so hard and not success, 😂😂😂😂 but never give up and saw the video again and rolled it in the same pan I cooked and rolled it and it was amazing, you can replace the almond with plain flour 😀😀😀😀

이런 디저트를 랑그드샤라고 하는군요, 둥글게 말린 디저트가 정말 맛있을 것 같아요. 비주얼도 정말 예쁜데, 정말 시가렛처럼 생겨서 시가렛 쿠키라는 이름도 잘 어울리는 것 같아요.

두꺼워서 그런지 뭔지 모양도 안잡히고 말면 부서지고...식감은 거의 핫케이크 였는데 이유가 뭘까요...처음으로 쿠키 실패 했네요

Rende muito :) Algumas dicas: tem que ficar bem fininho a camada que vais colocar na forma, pra poder ficar crocante; fique atento se seu forno dá conta de assar bem, se não, asse um lado, depois vire para assar o outro (deixei 3 minutos de um lado e 3 do outro); você tem que enrolar na hora que sai do forno porque esfria rápido, daí só dá uma segurada na forma que você quer deixar e pronto; eu não tinha nescau nem esse pó de amêndoa, daí usei uma dica dos comentários que era usar café instantâneo (na quantidade que seria o outro, 30g), deu super certo, ficou muito gostoso.

This is actually called "cigarettes" in France. "Langue de chat" is another type and form of biscuit that actually look like cat's tongue.

This reminds me of barquillos, sold outside of churches when I was a kid. Barquillos is quite thin compared to this but I guess they have the same taste.😃

I made them and sadly it didn't turn out like in the video... First off.. they didn't come off like that at all,the edges were pretty stuck, when trying to roll them I saw that the bottom side wasn't as smooth as the top but more like the inside of a cookie and therefor also easily breakable. I tried this in several ways,thinking "maybe I left them too long in,or too short,maybe I need to make it even thinner" but the problem remained. All in all: It was rollable but it had cracks here and there The texture on the lower half was VERY different from the video And the taste? That part I gotta give it a 10 out of 10. That stuff tasted GOOOD. So overall.. they are very quick to make, VERY TASTY! but personally I won't try to roll them again and rather just serve them as slim round circles xD
