Taemin has certainly inherited Onew's gentleness, and considerate nature. As a hyung, he is conscious of how, and when, he jokes around with the Super M maknaes. Taem calls them "precious and fragile", and is careful with their feelings.

Onew is the best leader I’ve seen in KPop. So much caring & attention to the members. He’s so lovely& loved by all the members. Taemin learnt from him! It’s so sweet!
In shinee he knows that he would get away with anything, his hyungs love him & cherish him 🤣 but because of so much love he received from his shinee hyungs, he becomes a good hyung full of love & warm feeling in superm He shares what he's been receiving all along not to mention he is adorable himself 😊

Taemin is such an introspective person. The way he advised Lucas about how he told himself that he chose this for himself. Wisdom beyond years there. He’s so caring as a hyung & cheeky as a makane. He learnt from his SHINee hyungs how to be a great senior! Missing you Tae!

Taemin is Shinee's baby In Shinee he always makes trouble for his hyungs but in Super m he is more like Onew. Very supportive and caring to the juniors.

I find it really endearing and sweet in the first clip that Taemin is cooking for his juniors like Key used to cook for him. Key is the mom of SHINee and now Taemin is the mom of SuperM; very sweet.
Its cute to see him as the kind and caring senior hyung but 5HINee taemin is still that special boy with the special place in my heart. Carefree and having fun with his hyungs like he never grew up.
It happens to Onew as well. When he's with Shinee's members, he acts like he's the adorable but dependable older brother. But I see something changed when he's around someone's older who can make him feel comfortable enough, like Lee Dong Wook, and then he could let loose for real.
