부추 200그램
누룩소금 1/2작은술
물 1컵
계란 3개
생강가루 후춧가루 1꼬집씩 넣고
곱게 갈아 전자렌지에 10분 익혀낸다음
식혀 냉장이나 냉동보관해 둠
