Yessss! They have the best vocals, but I find them very underrated... groups nowadays don’t have a chance to compete with them like LMAOO. I guess as generations go on, groups get more popular because of kpop’s growth, but seems like talent decreasing LOL.
Best Girl Group: SNSD Best Subunits: TaeTiSeo, Oh!GG Best Leader: Taeyeon Best Main Vocalists: Taeyeon, Jessica Best Lead Vocalist: Sunny, Tiffany, Seohyun Best Main Dancer: Hyoyeon Best Lead Dancers: Yuri, Sooyoung, Yoona Best Center: Yoona Best Idol Actresses: Yuri, Sooyoung, Yoona, Seohyun I just sit and think 'How did they create a group like that? They're GOLDEN STANDART for everything.'
@이지금 좋은날 N O P E. They're not even HYOYEON HERSELF confirmed. YURI is NOT SNSD's main dancer even tho she is a great dancer. HYOYEON IS THE ONLY MAIN DANCER OF SNSD. You can easily check with internet
honestly this is where Tiffany is the best...low to medium register with soft high notes, nothing belted....i don't know why they always try to give her all those belted notes she can't reach while performing live when her strenghts obviously lie somewhere else...give Taeyeon and Seohyun the belts, their voices are naturally already higher than Tiffs....i freakin love Tiffanys voice and it pains me so see her always getting bashed because "she can't sing" when it's obviously her companys fault for giving her high notes that strain her voice instead of lines that suit her lower voice
Tiffanys voice is perfection. This song really shows her vocal range. Seo was amazing too. And I love how Tae took a step aside so the girls could shine.
FACT: TAETISEO's CATER 2 U cover is the only RAW LIVE STAGE in Sketchbook. Still and forever be the untouchables of KPOP industry and the penultimate standard of any girl group and sub-units like gracious goodness they have set the bar too high.
I come back here every few months just to refresh my standard setting. No shade to other groups, but like I’ve been a fan of snsd since 2009, and you can’t deny that girls generation really was and is something else. Class, talent, visuals, personality, like they are the golden blueprint of girl groups. First korean music, variety show, drama, beauty product, freaking existence of Korea was brought to my attention by SNSD and Suju. BRUH. The power they hold. And they all calm sitting there singing like....DO THEY KNOW?!?!
@@mchll9177 YES for real tho!!! Different groups paved the way for different waves of hallyu, but Girls generation is still my number 1!!! 23 year old Seohyun ,25 year old Taeyeon and Tiffany (in 2014) SLAYING. THis video making me cry more and more each passing year.
THIS!!!!!! Honestly there will never be a group like SNSD. Their vocals, visuals, personality, talent will never be met...I miss them everyday! Seeing 3rd gen kpop groups honestly kind of disappoints me sometimes as they‘re being praised for doing the bare minimum...I‘m sorry but the companies all give them the same concepts (cute, badgirl, fairy-like), an intricate dance choreography and then they perform live with full on lipsync because the company cares more about their appearance and their visuals then about their real talent. Don’t get me wrong there are some very talented girls out there like MAMAMOO but most of them can never compare to old kpop
The recent gens are disappointing as heck. If the companies built up their vocals instead of over focusing on visual and dancing their vocals wouldn't be so incredibly unstable and shaky
that's because Twice blew up, they became the "standard" for success. Mediocrity seems to be favorable to the public when Twice became popular. Catchy song, good visuals=popular. That's Twice formula. Sad truth
This is true, but bear in mind that SNSD were by far the best singers in 2nd gen when it came to girl groups too. Most girl groups only had one or two really good singers, SNSD had five (and later on, even the dance line became pretty competent in their own right). There are a few strong vocal girl groups in 3rd gen like Red Velvet, WJSN and Mamamoo. 2018 and later debuts are more dance focused, but there are still a lot of good singers who haven't had a chance to really shine yet.
@@jessicagomez1586 Jessica is good, but in SNSD songs she mostly just harmonize with Taeyeon. But Seohyun can harmonize well and easily with everyone. I think Seohyun has sensitive ears that she can harmonize even without rehearsing it with her duet partner. Look at her singing with Yonghwa for the first time. Probably because of her musical background and piano playing that she knows how to harmonize with others. Nonetheless, both of them are beautiful singers. :)
I showed this to my husband who doesn't listen to Kpop, and he ended up liking this unit and surprised me with Tiffany Magnetic Moon Tour concert. Now when we have friends over, he plays this song to convert them to Kpop as well.
@@artdi7414 maybe you missed the facts that most kpop songs use songs that written by a western artists, not korean. Some of those songs even got their own english demos.
Rosé Chaeyoung I love it when she sings comfortably within her low husky range :) she sounds so good! The last few years when she was in SM she improved tons but they were pushing her voice to notes she couldn't hit and it sounded strained/shouted, I'm hoping with whatever music she puts out in the future she showcases more of her lower range :)
Also she did improve her voice a lot, you can watch the same song performance back in 2012 and Tiffany's voice did crack and not very stable. 2014 and onwards her voice became rlly good.
Let's be real. TTS set the standard too high for a group's sub-unit. Like, they achieved too much even in their debut and set many records that weren't achieve by most groups. TaeTiSeo is TALENT and they are all rounder. God, I miss them.
TIFFANY VOICE IS REALLY SOMETHING- been addicted since i recently heard her first mini album and latest album, her vocals are just sooo, i cant explain, i just love to hear her voice...
It’s basically where she’s just singing the part really fast. The original they sing that part fast but it’s not a rap. Like how Camila Cabello singing that fast part in Señorita
The amount of talent in SNSD is unrivalled. They have everything: vocals, visuals, dance, and they’re even charming with the right humour. No one will come close to this legendary group no matter how many people say so.
seobaby: why are the two people on my left looking into each others eyes deeply while singing a love song.. but honestly, taeyeon's face with her eyes shut and her eyebrows raised and her expression entirely concentrated on singing is so attractive..
I was listening to the original Destiny’s child version and kept seeing TTS in the comments so I decided to check them out and I was pleasantly surprised they did really good job I was singing my lungs out with them❤️❤️❤️
It's TaeTiSeo 11th Anniversary, so I'm here again :) Hope we can see you guys making comeback as TTS again in the future. Just sitting and singing for us is enough
Their harmonization is really top class here, I love how they truly listen to each other's voices and how they complement each other so well. I really like 2:31 - 2:36 how it flows so well despite each of them singing after one another, and also at 2:39 how Taeyeon supported Seohyun so she could carry on with the next line. These may seem minor but i think it really takes a lot of practice and showcased their teamwork so well. They really put in so much effort to put up such a splendid performance. As expected, SNSD!
2 years later, this video came to mind just today, saw your comment. Man, nice catch. Learn everything new each time i visit back these kind of videos.
