This Monkey might be cute now, but will grow into a very large Monkey tomorrow and is a meat eater. In the wild, they eat even their injured young! Certainly can be potentially dangerous to humans because aggressive nature. Good Luck.
They do not eat their injured babies...show me proof if this.. They are no more dangerous to humans when hand reared than any other similar sized monkey is.
it's so obvious by the way he ran for that bottle that he's not getting fed enough, he still needs more than what you gave him he's still hungry, and he's not getting fed at close enough times he drank that so fast because he doesn't know when his next feeding will be, you can tell this baby is being starved!!! if I were the owner or someone working there feeding him I probably wouldn't want this video shown to anyone, this is neglect. I bet there won't be anything done about this and I can't imagine how many other baby primates they are starving there. smh :( so sad!!!
Wow, that is like "101 ways to starve a baboon". That little baby was starving. That is such a shame that a zoo or sanctuary, which ever this is, can't or won't (which ever the case may be) feed the babies enough. It's just a downright shame.
Starved to death. This is not a rehab or rescue. A petting zoo where the animals are not cared for properly. Saw the name on the shirt in another video, research and there is no such place.
Why did you remove so many of your videos? Where are the other videos of this baby baboon when he gets a bit older? Where are the "poor baby monkey" videos? Did the zoo ask you to take down all the videos that made them look so bad?
"de-café" wouldn't work..lol this little guy is so precious. good job in taking care of him. I do not agree with urbex..this little guy is well cared for. I wasn't happy when the keeper flicked his butt, but what ever works right? lol Anyway..they are being cared for very, very much. with love, and caution not to hurt them..Keep going and they will have a very well trained baboon. He is so cute..i want this job!! lol Great job guys!!!
Are you serious? It doesn’t take much to see there’s no love on display here. This is her JOB and it’s pretty much taking care of something in her culture many people view as a rat. There’s nothing caring, gentle, kind or even sufficient about this treatment. It’s appalling. What would you need to see to be forced to take off your rose colored glasses? If this is the level of care you got as a child my heart breaks for you because this is not what true care and concern for another living creature , let alone a BABY, looks like.
Along with deep resentment tries to masquerade self loeathing steming from mommy unloved as child..thats how majority of serial killers start..auth will keep out of harms way from SOCIETY
I agree most definitely..to be able to finish his bottle in less than one minutes surely means that he is not getting enough besides how desperately starving he appears.
I'm not crazy about baboons but the babies are helpless and needing fed like any other baby animal it need a more milk in that bottle for sure and wouldn't hurt to be cuddled a little it s just a baby
Definitely not...took him less than one minute to finish that bottle and he acts like he is starving...however considering how they treat these poor babies in this section of this zoo I'm not surprised at all.
I agree...and like I mentioned..the video is less than 2 minutes long..he drinks that bottle in less than a minute..that cannot possibly be enough for him for each feeding unless they are feeding him every 15 minutes or so.
life is to short He appears to be underweight and starving. He is desperately reaching for the bottle and still sucking hungrily when it’s already empty. Notice also how the woman leaves immediately and doesn’t give any affection or social contact. Babies, just the same animal babies, need as much physical contact as possible and in nature this baby should be in 24/7 contact with his mother. This poor little fellow is being neglected in a shameful and cruel way!
i usually love these little guys!! they are soo adorable ... but i agree with the comment below.... that poor thing looks like he is starving the way he ran after that bottle.. and that CANT POSSIBLY be ALL he was fed.... there was not NEARLY enough in that bottle for one feeding... they have to be fed every few hours at that age but the amount he was fed is deffinatly not enough by far for as much energy as he should have....that poor little fella looked like he was starving and you could see how he was nearly shaking when he saw the bottle... that poor baby!!
What rubbish you pretend experts spew forth. That was more than enough for his tiny little tummy. As long as he's fed every few hours he is getting what he needs. Look at the other videos of him.
being fed every few hours doesnt mean crap if you only give him an ounce.... he SHOULD be fed every 3 to 4 hours at that age... but the amount shes feeding him isnt enough... in the wild... they eat ALOT more then that... they dont actually stop until they are finished... they dont hang on to the bottle for dear life as if they may never see it again.... and if you think this zoo takes care of their animals your dead wrong... ever see what condition they keep the baby macaques in?? well the ones that lived passed a week anyway?? try looking up more on the zoo and see the videos first .. THAN come back and base your opinion off of what you see..... poor baby monkey didnt seem to fare very well now did he?
bronzerat012 and p.s .. the whole half of an ounce..( IF THAT).. that she gave him ... is NOT enough for his age... not by far.... he looks to be a few weeks old.. you cant feed him the same amount you fed him when he was a day old... he has to be increased as he gets older .. especially with the energy he should have!
Antonio Giorgi Not only that but you would think that a zoo would train their personnel that to feed a bottle to a primate infant should be done with the infant sitting up not lying down in their arms as they have seen people do with a human baby.
Gina Powell i agree... although im sure if it really does any harm to actually feed them laying down... but usually like in the wild with their moms they are sitting up so i can see exactly what you saying!! still though.... its so damn cute i would wannahold it like that too!! LOLOL butin actuality it really should be sitting up :)
I completely agree. I believe there's actually a term for this and it is not uncommon. I love when these and Macaques, in particular, are distressed. I think it might have something to do with their overly dramatic and completely irrational temperaments. There's a desire to give them a reason to tantrum. And, I love a good weaning video, when they're all thirsty, licking their lips, staring at the nip with lust-filled eyes, their sneaky attempts at putting their lips on only to get completely denied. The expectation and entitlement met with absolute denial and the uncontrollable spasms to follow. Or their desire to cling is instead met with a foot on their head as their mothers push their insecure, frightened selves off them onto cold patches of dirt as they try and make themselves small and invisible looking around, eyes only, for someone to save them, to coddle them, but...nope. Not today Junior. But, with certain others, probably the more independent ones, there's this to feed, coddle, cuddle, whatever the fuck they want because they're soooo cute. IDK. Weird dichotomy, if that's the right word.
you are busted!! Totally!!! You now have no right to give me heck for leaving negative comments anywhere!!! lol You call them way worse then what I was saying..lol BUSTED!!! lol :-)
lol ok Sweetie..lol Just wanted you to know I noticed..lol It's not easy to keep quiet is it? It's hard to believe people can be this insane, stupid, no caring, etc..It just has to come out..It's also beyond me why the photographer couldn't help some how..lol Ok..Take care Sweetie..
This is just heartbreaking. The employee has no love for this baby. She barely tolerates it. You can almost see or sense her disgust. What a shame because there are so many Westerners (and probably a few folks from the East) who would gladly volunteer their time to come to what’s hopefully an accredited zoo or rescue/sanctuary and take sincere loving care of these little ones.
They neglect these poor infant primates so terribly! Check out the playlist and it explains in its description about these babies and why this is happening ru-vid.com/group/PLVZjvAdooY5fXj8C-PedHFlmSDT6F-GAB
This is too sad. This baby baboon isn't being properly cared for bc, if he was, he'd be holding onto his caregiver's chest, connected to her wherever she goes, not being ignored & left on the cold floor w/a stuffed animal
@@PrimateProductions My heart hurts w/much sadness each & every time I see an animal being treated as some novelty item to benefit someone's RU-vid account. It's absolutely sickening.
Don't you think that baboon is too big for a bottle..how is that baboon and the other ones going to learn to eat in the wild when you are running around feeding them a bottle all day ..🍼
