His Arabic is great! I'm an Arab myself and I honestly expected him to have like a really idk heavy accent, but I was surprised when he said صباح الخير (sabah al khair) because a friend of mine (not Arab) couldn't manage to make the (kh) sound no matter how hard she tried. I assumed every non Arab had trouble with it
Ah! But in Dutch we have not one but two خ-sounds in 'goedemorgen' (good morning) where each 'g' is pronounced as خ. You'd feel right at home! We're not so big on the ح though.

Good morning is just something you say in passing, but i feel like hello is something you say when you are going to have small talk or start a conversation with someone. So yeah, Good morning is a way to say hello.
Hello is actually “marhaba/marhaban” in Arabic, which literally translates to “salut”. Sabah el kheir- which he said- means good morning, but we normally don’t say either, we just say Hi or bonjour as the people in my country speak all 3 languages Arabic, English, and French.
Actually what he said in Arabic means good morning and not hello, hello would be salam! (literally meaning peace) but still, Freddie is a smart one!! Impressive!!

Everyone seems so amazed, and even shocked, that a Westerner can speak the Arabic language... However, the Arabic language is the original language, the source language, the mother language, of practically all Western languages including English... And this is not a gratuitous statement...

I speak Arabic and it is not صباح الخير صباح الخير means good morning And what do you say hello at the Arabic say سلام عليكم and then you respond وعليكم السلام that all
Of course I dont.speak arabic, but i bet for european language speakers it must.be.very difficult. Yo hablo español. He is fluent in french and spanish that are latin languages, and english has some latin too, I guess when Britain had Rome and Normandy invasions, but arabic must be.completely different. Muy diferente. His spanish accent is perfect.
His accent isn’t very good, i’m egyptian so i know it’s not the best, but it’s one of the most difficult languages so it’s still impressive that he chose to learn it at least
