It‘s middle eastern food. Often eaten as desert with honey and pistachio and what not. Especially in Lebanon. Think of it like „teok“ in korea i mean rice cakes. They‘re eaten savory but there‘s also “teok“ ricecake with honey! Same as with these thin noodles✨
