The one thing that I find absolutely amazing is many people have to have the high dollar countertops to make anything and everything. This master is doing it on plywood, YES plywood I am so enamored and blessed to be seeing this! God bless all!
We call this siopao in my country. I tried to do it myself. Took me at least 30 minutes to form one bun. The bread did not properly rise and came out chewy instead of moist and soft. Was encouraged to do it because of how easy it looked like when you watch how they do on youtube.
Oh... that’s not hard...I can do that in my sleep...NOT 😩!!! I tried to do some...yeah I did make some good ones but most had patches all over cause I kept breaking the dough and it took forever. Tasted good though but would love to be by his side and learn 🤩🤩🤩
The dude making the dumplings has a serious case of OCD, but in a very good way. Watch him sway back and forth while he filled them. He had a rhythm going only he could hear. A master at work!
These guys are so patient. After about making ten of these,I would go screaming into the night. All the goodies look so good. I would like to travel to these county's just to taste all this wonderful looking food. And to think they do this every day. Doesn't look like they are always running out back for a smoke break. Their motto must be get er done.
Those king size dumplings look very alike Chinese buns, the bun/wrapper texture. I wonder if it's the same but it's called king size dumpling in Korea?
It may Also be to keep the blood circulating in his feet, it gets painful standing all the time... it also take your mind off the pain in your legs and feet. God bless you honey👵🏼
