this cake is stunningly beautiful . I would like to know whether your cakes tend to hold up in a stable way when you stack them on each other directly. Do you not need to use dowels inside to support each tier?

혹시 다 만들어서 배송하는게 아니라 장소에 가서 조립한다면 지금 처럼 5단 케익안에 따로 무게 지탱할 심을 박지않아도 될까요? 당장 이번주에 만들어야하는데 처음이라 무너질까 너무 걱정되서요ㅠ 답변 부탁드려요🙏🏻

요새는 예쁘고 화려한 케잌이 정말 많지만, 올리비아님의 디자인은 참 단아하고 고전적인 아름다움이 느껴져서 자꾸 생각나고 본 걸 자꾸 또 보게 되네요.

케잌 배우는 중이라 데코 영상 많이 봤는데, 이 영상은 정말 넋놓고 보게될 정도로 아름답네요~ 배경음악도 뭔가 감동~

I love watching your cakes and that mixing of colors is absolute perfection. It's just beautiful and satisfying to watch and imagine if we can get to your level one day :) The only thing I think it's a little dangerous is not showing how to proper stack them. For new bakers or someone who is not very familiar with tier cakes, your video will make them believe it's just stack one on top of the other and that's it. As a professional baker, I know that's not true. There's a whole inside structure to hold them together without collapsing. Thank you! Your work is stunning.

단케이크 할때 저렇게높이쌓으면 밑단 무너지거나 기울지않나요?? 휴지심이나 코어없이 어떻게 크림아이싱으로 단쌓기 어떻게하시나요 ㅋㅋ

i cant understand why anyone would want a cake that looks like my walls before i put wallpaper and paint on them, the extra icing texture/colouring after was uneeded and spoils the entire look of the cake....

My only problem with this cake is there are not supports in the tiers.. Perhaps that was done for the presentation but cake makers should know that dowels or straws are necessary for support .. the weight of the cake could crack it and it could collapse.. other than that, I enjoy all these videos from this gifted cake maker...
