[꿀호떡 재료]
주재료
호떡 믹스가루 300g, 분유 60g, 이스트 4g, 미지근한 물 ½컵(100ml), 바닐라 아이스크림 300g, 냉동 망고 100g, 메이플시럽 20g, 초코시럽 20g, 애플민트 약간
속 재료
흑설탕 100g, 분유 30g, 땅콩 분태 60g, 계핏가루 1큰술
[꿀호떡 레시피]
호떡 믹스 가루에 탈지분유 섞기
2. 이스트에 따뜻한 물 넣어 녹인 뒤 호떡 믹스 가루 넣고 숟가락으로 섞기
3. 반죽이 어느 정도 뭉쳐지면 표면이 매끄러워질 때까지 손으로 반죽하기
4. 흑설탕, 탈지분유, 땅콩 분태, 계피가루 섞어 호떡 소 만들기
5. 호떡 반죽을 그릇 모양으로 빚은 뒤 호떡 소 넣어 오므리기
6. 달군 팬에 기름 두른 뒤 호떡 반죽 뒤집개로 눌러 가며 앞뒤로 굽기
7. 호떡에 바닐라 아이스크림, 냉동 망고 곁들인 뒤 메이플시럽, 초코시럽 뿌리기
8. 땅콩 분태 뿌린 뒤 애플민트 올리기

[Honey hotteok ingredients]
Main ingredients
300g hotteok mix, 60g powdered milk, 4g yeast, 1/2 cup (100ml) lukewarm water, 300g vanilla ice cream, 100g frozen mango, 20g maple syrup, 20g chocolate syrup, a bit of apple mint
Filling ingredients
100g black sugar, 30g powdered milk, 60g crushed peanut, 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
[Honey hotteok recipe]
1. Mix skimmed milk powder with the hotteok mix
2. Melt the yeast by adding in warm water, add in the hotteok mix and mix it with a spoon
3. If it starts to look like dough, knead it with your hands until the surface turns smooth
4. Mix black sugar, skimmed milk powder, crushed peanut, and cinnamon powder to make hotteok filling
5. Shape a small amount of dough like a bowl, put the filling in, and close the dough
6. Pour oil on the heated pan and fry the hotteok dough by pressing with a flipper, front and back
7. Garnish the hotteok with vanilla ice cream and frozen mango, then drizzle maple syrup and chocolate syrup
8. Sprinkle crushed peanuts and put apple mint on top
