[불고기샐러드 재료]
주재료
소고기 목심/200g, 청주 3큰술, 샐러드 채소 150g, 올리브유 1큰술, 소금 1작은술, 먹기 좋게 썬 오렌지 30g, 파르미지아노레지아노 치즈 10g
양념 재료
진간장 2큰술, 설탕 1½큰술, 다진 마늘 2작은술, 참기름 2작은술, 물 ½컵/100ml
[불고기 샐러드 레시피]
1. 소고기 한입 크기로 썬 뒤 청주 넣어 재기
2. 진간장, 설탕, 다진 마늘, 참기름, 물 섞어 양념 만들기
3. 소고기에 양념 넣어 버무리기
4. 진간장, 설탕, 식초, 레몬즙, 홀그레인 머스터드 섞어 샐러드 소스 만들기
5. 달군 팬에 양념한 소고기 구운 뒤 식히기
6. 샐러드 채소에 올리브유, 소금 넣어 버무리기
7. 그릇에 샐러드 채소 담은 뒤 불고기 올리고 오렌지, 샐러드 소스 곁들이기
8. 파르미지아노레지아노 치즈 갈아 뿌리기
[뚝배기불고기 재료]
주재료
양념한 불고기 적당량, 대파 75g, 양파 75g, 팽이버섯 70g, 표고버섯 30g, 배춧잎 1장, 불린 당면 20g, 물 ½컵(100ml), 어슷 썬 풋고추 10g, 어슷 썬 홍고추 10g, 쑥갓 10g
[뚝배기불고기 레시피]
1. 대파 어슷 썰고 양파 채썰기
2. 표고버섯, 배춧잎 적당한 크기로 썰기
3. 팽이버섯 밑동 제거한 뒤 가닥가닥 찢기
4. 달군 뚝배기에 대파, 양파 넣고 볶다가 양념한 불고기 넣고 볶기
5. 불린 당면, 손질한 채소 넣어 끓이기
6. 물 붓고 쑥갓 올려 한소끔 끓이기

[Bulgogi salad ingredients]
Main ingredients
200g beef chuck roll, 3 tbsp cheongju, 150g salad vegetables, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp salt, 30g adequately cut orange, 10g Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
Seasoning ingredients
2 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 and 1/2 tbsp sugar, 2 tsp minced garlic, 2 tsp sesame oil, 1/2 cup (100ml) water
[Bulgogi salad recipe]
1. Slice chuck roll into bite-size pieces and marinate it with cheongju
2. Mix dark soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, sesame oil, and water to make the sauce
3. Mix the sauce with beef
4. Mix dark soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, and wholegrain mustard to make the salad dressing
5. Cook the seasoned beef on a heated pan and cool it down
6. Season the salad vegetables with olive oil and salt
7. Put the salad vegetables on a plate, place bulgogi on top, and add oranges and salad dressing
8. Sprinkle grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
[Ttukbaegibulgogi ingredients]
Main ingredients
Some marinated bulgogi, 75g green onion, 75g onion, 70g enokitake mushroom, 30g shiitake mushroom, one leaf of napa cabbage, 20g softened glass noodles, 1/2 cup (100ml) water, 10g diagonally sliced green chili pepper, 10g diagonally cut red chili pepper, 10g crown daisy
[Ttukbaegibulgogi recipe]
1. Slice the green onion at an angle and julienne the onion
2. Cut shiitake mushroom and napa cabbage into adequate sizes
3. Cut off the root of enokitake mushroom and separate the chunk
4. Stir-fry the green onion and onion in a heated hot pot, and mix in the seasoned bulgogi
5. Add in soaked glass noodles and prepared vegetables and boil it
6. Pour in water and top it off with crown daisy, and then bring it to a boil
