I made this, and texture wise it was good. It didn’t crack either. But the instant coffee brand I used was too strong and the cheesecake was very overpowering. I’d suggest adding only half of the coffee to the batter and taste it, and add more coffee to your liking.

I love this channel very much!!! But I think you should say “180 degree Celsius” instead of just 180 degree. The oven I use is based on Fahrenheit and i got confused while baking the cake. But I really like this channel and all of its recipe are great and delicious!!

I really love your each video, today I made the coffee cheese cake, I have one question for the barking, because today when I take the cake out from oven, all around side still sticky, I use the Commercial oven, I followed video’s temperature, and I put it a little bit longer for low temperature, because all around sticky, so I have no idea about the cake is baked or not yet. Could you please share some good ideas for this? Thank you.
