Trabalho nota dez.
Your work is superb! Your methods and craftsmanship are precise! The results are beautiful, and absolutely fulfill the intended functions. Yours is a level to which to aspire! Thank you for sharing your wonderful craft.
Excelente Projeto! Ajuda muito quem está iniciando! Obrigado pelo desprendimento!
Incredible! Such nice work and a joy to watch. In one of the scenes I saw a shop built disc sander powered by a Makita battery??? Searching your channel now!
l have watched loads of these type of videos over the past week or so, and l have to admit and say this is far the best one that l have watched to date 100%. l like how you can lock the router from moving. Just wondering now where l could get the fittings from.
Fabulous idea and perfectly manufactured project!.One of the best I've seen on videos.Congrats!. Please, let me know what's the thickness of the plywood you use?I have a plunged router and I want to make exactly the same. Thanks in advance and keep up with the nice work.
This is a very good project where tthings have been kept simple and practical. It works nicely and one can access all of the main functions from the top, I like the fact that you can easily change the router bits from the top too. What are the dimensions of the linear bearings/pillows and shafts that you have used?
Very cool! I am always amazed at what can be done with good quality plywood. One thing - I got really nervous when you cut the long slot with a table saw. Fingers way too close to the blade. Why didn't you use your router?
Great work, I'm a new subscriber. When you clamp the bracket tight around the router. Does it change the dimension of the guide rails position enough to cause any binding?
To press a lock button you can drill a hole through the top plywood and insert a connecting rod that pushes the button when pushed from the side. Handle attached via a hinge can also be used for support during changing bit. When Handle is raised, it could push the stem to press lock button.
Best milling lift for the Makita I've seen so far - and I've seen quite a few. This is my favorite for recreation. Small update suggestion: Equip the lower end of the spindle with a rotary head for fine adjustment. Then you don't need the key and you can make small changes if the stop should cover the spindle.
Update: Danke noch mal an den Ideengeber. Meine Variante ist jetzt im Rohbau fertig. rudi-ac.blogspot.com/2021/06/fraslift-fur-makita-rt0700c-im-rohbau.html Freue mich auf einen Kommentar - Rudi - Aachen - Deutschand
Love this router lift! I literally spent the last 3.5 hours searching Amazon for all of the like hardware used in this video. I found most of the stuff but haven’t been able to find the guide rods with internal threads. We’re those custom modified or purchased from a vendor?
@@user-ic7yi6zc2p I think he meant the shaft/rod/axle (sorry, I'm not a native speaker) ... the vertical cylindrical parts (at least those are the parts I haven't found yet)
I’m not sure why those stops (screwed onto the bottoms of the guide rods via the internal threads) are even necessary… you’re unlikely to ever lower the router to the point where there’s a risk of it falling off the guide rods. But even if you feel a need to limit the downward travel, you could use epoxy to strategically place a nut on the threaded rod and it would accomplish the same thing. At that point, you could use any guide rods with the same OD as the ID of those flange linear bearings. Where/how did you find the two clamping inserts that hold the guide rods to the bottom of the top plate? Can you post a link?
@@donny_bahama Good point. There's always more than one way to skin a cat (even if I have no clue why you want to do THAT in the first place). It's more out of curiosity where to find things like that.

Very good project, well done. Except one detail: 30:29 using the blockade knob in router in this way causes damage to the wooden surface of the table/plate. 😞
