Because however, even this is a kind of "quiz show" or idk how it's called but it's about knowledge, they still need the humour. They can't be just quite, thinking the answer, they also have to be (a little bit) noisy, entertaining, and react to the other person. At least, that's how variety show worked, right? I think in this case Hyun moo is the MC, he break the ice when the atmosphere is too serious and fortunately he is quite a pro because his jokes are entertaining and the others also respond it well. It's also good for their screen time.

@@iamgorgeous But the comment is not talking about mcing....they are talking about how when rm solves smthng on the board everybody starts giving suggestions when just before him nobody was able to solve it on their own. They try to show like they were involved in the solution and he didn't come up with it on his own.

It has been two months since the video was uploaded, but if you have not checked other comments to figure it out... let me help you: The question says that there is a desert that takes 6 days to cross, but there are only four days of food supplies given for each person who crosses the desert. If you are told to cross the desert with an assistant who can carry the exact same amount of food (4 days of food supply), how many assistants do you need in the beginning? The short answer is 2 assistants. Here is why: All three people (yourself and 2 assistants) carry 4 days of food supply on Day 1. In the end of the first day, everyone has finished the first day of the food supplies. This means, everyone has three more days of food supplies. Now, you have 5 days to completely cross the desert. Since you have 5 more days, you do not need to have two assistants anymore because the assistants can also give you the food supplies. The question did not put any condition saying, "they cannot share the food supplies." Hence, you share assistant A's food supply (which is about 3 days still) before Day 2 comes. You and assitant B can take one of A's food supplies each = which becomes 2 supplies gone for A. Because you and your Assistant B have taken A's food supply, both of you now have another full 4 days of food supplies. Now, A has one more supply for the day to return. On the second day, Assistant A has successfully returned home. Assisant B and yourself have crossed another day of desert. This means, both Assistant B and you have three more days of supplies. For the desert, you have four more days to cross. You can do the same thing for sharing the supplies. You let Assitant B to give you one day of food supply. Then you have another four days of supplies. Since you have four more days to cross the desert, four days of food supplies work out very well. Assistant B had four days of food supplies from Day 1, but he himself has finished one fully day of food supply and has given another day of food supply to you, so he has only two more days of supplies. He has walked across the desert with you for two days, so it takes him another two days to return home. Since he has two days of food supplies, it is good enough. ...so the answer is 2 people.
